Check out videos from this page <http://www3.elphel.com/manufacturing>. Basically you need to take out 4 screws holding the top cover, no force applied. Insert a card with the front picture facing top. Then follow this guide<http://wiki.elphel.com/index.php?title=HDD_Format>to format it to ext2. Be careful when you take out a CF card.
