Isn't InfoRSS only for Firefox? :(
No. From the website:
"infoRSS is a lightweight, non intrusive, RSS, ATOM, NNTP and HTML
headlines reader for Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape and thunderbird,
designed by Didier Ernotte."
Be assured that it works with SeaMonkey. You can even find some
SeaMonkey references on the Installation page (which contains the
History/changelog).
Thanks. I quickly glanced and saw this "Download InfoRSS 1.1.5, the
Firefox rss reader extension". :)

extremely small absolute mass of nervous matter: thus the wonderfully
diversified instincts, mental powers, and affections of ants are
notorious, yet their cerebral ganglia are not so large as the quarter of
a small pin's head. Under this point of view, the brain of an ant is one
of the most marvellous atoms of matter in the world, perhaps more so
than the brain of a man." --Charles Darwin (from The Origin of Species,
