Thank you for responding. I have read them and tried to implement some
of the recommended solutions and did not work.

what they're saying is if you want it to work, then you
need to use FF 2 and the Active-X plugin. Or if you're
using FF3, then you need to get the IETab addon.
So, if you want it to work in SM you too need the
IETab: http://downloads.mozdev.org/ietab/
