I don't know if this problem with my bank has arisen because I just

Have you tried a test profile??

No, thought I'd hold off until I hear something from the bank.

It's just one more thing that has been bothering me about their
security. I've noticed earlier that after signing on their site, when I
click to go to their bill paying service, the security lock OPENS, until
the new page comes up.

My GUESS for this would be that, when you start to download another (secure) site, you have "left" the last secure site, and SM doesn't know if the next site is secure or not, so turns off the secure icon.

That makes sense....

Does that mean that my sign-in info is free to be grabbed by anyone?

What do you think about my last question... the BIGGIE? :)
And thanks!
