Why does seamonkey.tgz for linux use deprecated libstdc++5 instead of libstdc++6 which is up to date

Why does seamonkey.tgz for linux use deprecated libstdc++5 instead of 
libstdc++6 which is up to date.
This would make for easier installs.
Instead it never changes the old file.
