Assuming you meant 1.1.17 and 1.1.18? Yes, just un-install 1.1.17, then install 1.1.18. You're profile won't be touched in either case, so it will still be there. Note that if you believe 1.1.18 did something to your profile, going back to 1.1.17 won't undo that unless you also restore your profile from a back-up.
