I suspect your SM1.1.18 has already been running at that time (maybe you're using the Quickstarter?), they can't run together at the same time without additional effort. So make sure SM1.1.x is _not_ running, the Quickstarter next to your clock is closed (no seamonkey.exe in the process list in the taskmanager), then start your SM2. (you can verify that you're starting the correct seamonkey.exe by right-clicking, selecting properties and navigating to the "version" tab.
