I'm sure I'm using the incorrect name for what I'm trying to describe; maybe quick start? Anyway, I have a shortcut on my desktop to the 2.0 executable. I can drag this to a "quick launch" or "quick start" [or whatever it's called] bar that is just to the right of the "start" button at the bottom of my screen. I have shortcuts to all of my frequently used apps there, and that is how I start all of them. The one for 2.0 disappeared several days after installation. Otherwise most things seem to work great.

BTW, I have not removed 1.1.18, which possibly might [but shouldn't remove the 2.0 quick start icon.

There is no Quick Launch in SeaMonkey 2.0, hence no icon in the systray.
