Try following these steps: <http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=3394638#p3394638> AFAIK the other mail client must be the Windows default mail client at the same time, or at least it must not be SeaMonkey. If it doesn't work please don't ask me, I haven't tried it and won't do.
