Can you click on one of these > groups and see the messages in the right-hand side? > I think you have it -using SM 2.0.3 when viewing the email i go to View-Layout and I have classic view checked and the folder pane visible and everything shows fine when the Go button is clicked but if I hit F9 and hide the folder pane [on the left] and click the Go button all the accounts are grayed out.
