Hello world!

As proposed in bug 178506, downloaded files are now assigned the last-
modified timestamp from the remote server. This is a major annoyance
in my opinion, but since even reasonable suggestions such as chaging
the behaviour through a pref (bug 545392) fall on deaf ears, I guess
this is one of those ideological deals which you can't argue about.

Can somebody suggest a more convenient workaround than
| If you want the timestamp on a file downloaded by Firefox to be
| different from that on the server, you can change it yourself
?

As you can tell from my asinine sense of entitlement and fear of new
things, I'm on Windows.

TIA,
Oliver
