With the composition window open, click the "Address" button on the
toolbar (you can get to the same place by choosing Options | Select
Addresses...). The first name on the list is already selected. Scroll to
the bottom of the list, and while holding the SHIFT key down, click the
last name on the list. This should select all the names. Then click the
"To:," "Cc:," or "Bcc:" button on the right. Finally, click the "OK"
button at the bottom of the window, and stand back and wait for the
program to add all the names.
