After I used Print Preview, everything printed fine.
You print twice the same "garbage" - so in think SM is sending the sames
strings each times. For me it looks like a wrong interpretation of the
font in the text part of the message. The headers are printed correctly.
That seems correct. Sometime only a portion of the message is printed
incorrectly that is usually a quoted part of the message.
