Is there an easy way to synchronize or duplicate all Mail, NewsGroup,
and Local folders and files on two computers, both running XPpro and
Seamonkey??
The only way I know to do this is to use, for mail, an IMAP server.
The mail stays on the server.

If you use the mail protocol POP, the mail is downloaded to the client
and then deleted from the server. There is an option with POP to leave
a copy of the mail on the server but I don't know of a way to get THAT
mail off of the server.

I have only one pc running seamonkey, using mail with pop3, and i leave the mails on the server. To delete the mails on the server i use "PopTray" http://www.poptray.org/ or http://sourceforge.net/projects/poptray/
