Thanks Ray & Gregory for the information..
I was hoping for something to also duplicate the sent mail, local folders etc..

Here's something I've done dozens of times with SM 1, have never tested it with version 2:

With Mozilla closed on both computers:

1) Using Windows Explorer, navigate on the target/destination computer to C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Application Data\ and rename the subdirectory \Mozilla to \Old_Mozilla.

2) Copy the corresponding directory from the source computer to C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Application Data\ on the target computer.

You're done. Launch Mozilla on the target and you'll find everything in place.

When you return from your trip, reverse the process to update your home computer.

Note: This assumes you have the computers networked and can simply use the copy function in Windows Explorer. If you must copy the files by burning one or more CDs, they will all end up read-only when you copy them to the target computer. In that case, you should make them writable as follows:

In Windows Explorer, right-click the subdirectory name
and choose "Properties." Clear the "read-only" checkbox.
Windows will ask whether you want to "apply changes to
this folder only," or "apply changes to this folder,
subfolders and files." Choose the second option.

If there are particular files you want to keep locked, you can go back and lock them individually using the same procedure.
