My SeaMonkey mail Inbox contains some 900 emails at the top level as well as a hierarchy of sub-folders each with its own collection of emails. The 900 emails at the Inbox's top level have become "invisible" in the Thread Pane, although the Folder Pane still shows that there are some 900 emails there. All the emails in the sub-folders are still fully visible in the Thread Pane.
