There's a bug in SeaMonkey 2.0.x: If the Archive target folder structure
(by default Archives/year/month I think) didn't exist before, i.e. if it
has to be created during archiving, it is not shown in the interface
once archiving finishes. You might have to collapse and re-expand your
mail account to make it show up. Or you can just restart SeaMonkey (I'm
not sure whether reopening MailNews will do).
That bug will be fixed in SeaMonkey 2.1.
How can I get it back?.
AFAIK you can use Undo (Ctrl+Z) directly after archiving. Otherwise you
need to find the target Archives folder and in it the message you
archived. From there you can move it back using the usual mouse or
keyboard actions.
