Of what possible use is the LIST? Well, some of us don't get news... However, to set the mailling list so that you get a copy of what you post is simple. Go to https://lists.mozilla.org/options/support-seamonkey and login. One of the options down at the bottom of the page is "Receive your own posts to the list?" The default is "no". Select "yes". Then select "submit changes". You should be good to go at this point.
