Can anyone figure this out?

This website hosts videos by embedding them, and the visitor can
normally play them without leaving the site by clicking the play button.
Sometimes this doesn't work, though.

Here's an example:

<http://www.mysoju.com/fullscreen/a-good-day-for-the-wind-to-blow/episode-40/part-1/>

When I load this page in SM 1.1.16, I get the still image and the "play"
button, but when I click "play," nothing happens. If I click "Watch this
video on WAT," a new window opens at
<http://www.wat.tv/video/agooddayforthewindtoblow40-2w6nv_2w6mx_.html>
and the video autostarts and otherwise plays normally.

When I load the mysoju page in Internet Exploiter 8, I don't get the
still image, and I don't get the play button. Instead, I get an error
message:
        "Le player WAT a besoin de la version 9.0.115 ou
        superiéure, du plugin Flash. Vous avez la version
        6.88.0. Cliquez pour mettre à jour votre plugin
        gratuitement."
        [The WAT player requires Flash plugin version
        9.0.115 or higher. You have version 6.88.0.
        Click here to update your plugin at no charge.]
Now, this is a mistake, because on checking the Windows Add/Remove
Programs panel, I see that I have Adobe Flash Player 10 plugin and Adobe
Shockwave Player 11.5. Presumably the "problem" is it doesn't see a
relevant ActiveX control. Where it got the number "6.88.0" I have no idea.

FWIW, SeaMonkey reports Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53, confirming what
Windows says.

Is there something wrong with the code mysoju is using to embed the
video? As I said, I can play them fine at the WAT site, so I don't have
a bad plugin.

Thanks.

The first site is streaming the video from the second site and has it set autostart/autoplay False. meaning you have to click on a button to start the stream and the playing of the movie.
