Figured it out....wish the Hell I could remember all this detail when I
have another screw-up a year from now !
Too much complexity to remember it all.

save your solution as a text file and save it in a folder say "moz
recovery" and when you blow away SM again referer back to that folder
after 5 rebuilds and 3 upgrades I still look back at this folder
now smile
