I think I've already written this one up in a formal bug report...I
don't remember...
If one is in the middle of a download with "ask where to store" download
dialog up, and the Master Password request pane appears, SM freezes -
can't perform a reply input in any SM window. The only way to get out
of the freeze-up is to Force Quit SM and start over.
As an aside, I have SM set to only ask for the Master Password the first
time it is needed, but SM still asks for it at some random point in the
session even though I haven't navigated to a page requiring a password,
or have SM Mail set to check for messages.
This has been broken as described above since about SM 1.1.17 (Mac), as
I recall...I've since moved on to 2.0.10 (Mac) and it's still broken.
...not to mention that I also still have to use the about:config
work-around for preventing Master Password request at startup.
