Ditto. dom.storage.enabled on a clean FF install is 'true'. Same for SM
2.1b2pre, and I tested turning off on SM 2.0.1.10 w/no change.

That would be my guess as the issue occurs in all Mozilla based browsers
that I've tried (Win & linux). I even went so far as to test in WinXP
IE8... works there.

Added note: had an issue with SM & FF flash on abc.com (jerky playback
w/full episodes. Thought it was flash, installed a new graphics card the
customer's machine, same issue. Full episode playbacks work just fine
w/Opera, Chromium/Chrome, IE8... switched the customer over to
non-mozilla browswers in the interim.

I've promoted/supported Netscape/Mozilla from pretty much day one (I
still have a copy of my original Netscape license & floppies), but quite
honestly I'm tiring of quirks like this that require ad nauseum
troubleshooting on a regular basis. I can troubleshoot on a personal
basis, but when it comes to doing the same for several hundred
customers/relatives/etc., I simply find I no longer have the time any
longer.
I guess it's akin to the spam JHD issue; report spam, no 'Just Hit
Delete (JHD)' and move on. I prefer to report, but there are times when
user productivity & time becomes paramount.

Now the interesting part is that Mozilla obtains/obtained a good portion
of it's revenue from Google (youtube owners)... Interesting that
troubles do not occur in Chromium/Chrome. One would think that the
Mozilla devs would have a direct link to Google & be able to sort this
out within a few hours. By review of the youtube forums it doesn't
appear that this is the case:
