I just did a search in Google for "Supercuts". At the top of the list was a map of the area where I live, showing the location of the nearest Supercuts store to my house. I have the preference variable geo.enabled set to "false". I have no cookies set for Supercuts. The only cookie I have for Google resulted from my setting my search preferences; in those preferences, I left my location blank. Why does it appear that I'm still getting location-aware browsing? -- David E. Ross <http://www.rossde.com/> On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent because of spam from that source. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
