You're not getting it. If you would, SeaMonkey would ASK you if you want
to share your location, and even if you'd say yes, it would fail, as we
don't have any geolocation provider we are allowed to use right now.
Still, even if we would, we would ASK before telling the website
anything (or even gathering your location).
What you are seeing is Google using other means if finding out your
location, probably via your IP address.
