Keeping same size in browser

I am having a problem keeping my settings.  I set the bottom settings, 
text zoom level and full zoom level, move to a different tab, go back 
and my setting didn't hold.  It is getting very annoying, as I usual 
work with 4 tabs and have to keep fixing the settings when I jump from 
one tab to another.
