How do you get SeaMonkey/2.0.11 to remember open tabs after browser is
closed? I want to get the same tabs back next time browser is opened.

PS: I know there's a way because it works in my other computer.
I just can't remember how I got it to work that way.

While you have your tabs open just click the X in the upper right of the screen and a menu will come up with the option to "save and quit" choose
that to save tabs on closing

The X in the upper right closes the current tab.
I want to save all the open tabs.

Up higher, the right hand corner of the SeaMonkey window, to close the
program, not the tabs.

Even easier is to RIGHT mouse click on the "X" and get choices.

What I eon't understand is the fact that I can set SM to remember only a limited number of tabs out of one instance of SM, but if I cancel SM, it remembers all tabs out of multiple instances. This should be more explicitly available, and there should be options to save those tabs at restore time into group bookmarks instead of having to restore what for me can be close to 200 tabs before I can create group marks.
