AFAIK there's no such document. You could be able to use the Wikipedia
pages for the three applications and compare the Gecko versions, though.
You'll see that there is no SM version for FF 3.6/TB 3.1, both of which
use Gecko 1.9.2 (which we skipped in favor of Gecko 1.9.3/2.0).
