This could be determined if the Gecko version were indicated for each
release listed at <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases>. Unfortunately,
Gecko versions are not indicated at all.
Thanks all. I had assumed SeaMonkey was built from the same branch
Firefox and Thunderbird at roughly the same time Firefox and
Thunderbird were updated; so we'd see a rough 1:1 correlation there.
