1. At the top of the SeaMonkey window, open the "Tools" menu and select "Options", to open the Options window. 2. In the top-left of the Options window, click on "Appearance", to display the Appearance panel. 3. At the top, there should be a section called "When SeaMonkey starts, open". Check mark "Mail & Newsgroups", and uncheck "Browser".
