That most people are non-geeks!

I've run into quite a few people over the years who don't even have the
technical abilities to figure out how to sign up for - and use - a
gmail, hotmail, yahoo account. And even with wizards, setting up
SeaMonkey or Thunderbird for an account (ISP or otherwise) is beyond
them.
