When I reply to a message from the list, it only goes to the sender and not the list. If I only want to reply to the list, do I need to reply-all, manually remove the sender's email and then send? Or is there a setting on the list page that I can set to achieve this? I've read them but nothing sticks out.

It is pretty tough to figure his one out since we do not know what application you are using.

With Mozilla based programs, once you have read the message on the list server pressing "Reply" will send the reply back to the server with RE: in the subject field.

Pressing "Reply-All" will send the message to the server and any addresses listed in the message header.

I am pretty sure Outlook and Outlook Express work the same way.

Michael, I believe you're confusing replying to newsgroups with replying to mailing list messages. As far as I'm aware SeaMonkey doesn't automatically "Reply to List", nor provide such a function, currently. There were such Thunderbird extensions in the past and Thunderbird has it built-in since version 3.0 [1], but I'm not aware for any current SeaMonkey extensions providing this function.
