In WinXP, go in <C:\Documents and Settings\<Windows login user name>\Application Data\Mozilla\> and copy the whole SeaMonkey folder to a USB stick. In Win7, copy the folder in <C:\Users\<Windows login user name>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\>. Everything will be automatically available as you are used to it, settings, look-and-feel, email and all, for all profiles if there are more than one.
