Windows 7 crashes

Until recently and certainly after the new build of SM I had no 
problems.  I downloaded a program to identify and delete duplicate files 
- sri I don't remember the name.  Since then if I attempt to open any 
website from SM I get the blue screen of death.  The error message is 
PAGE_FOUND_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.  I have un and re installed SM but with no 
change.  If anyone can sort this for me a serious donation to charity 
will be given.
