I've been using it for quite some time. I have the options set to "Ask"
and "Delete when closing".

And set it to Never save anything, and Never ask again! ;)
That macro media thing does not have anything to do
with flash cookies. Its for flash data files only.
Every flash site you have visited is recorded on your comp.
