Would like to know how someone can tell the site was made with

I must be that someone. I said, "But, the page was written with
DreamWeaver, " instead of SeaMonkey Composer.

If you look in the source of the cited page, you will see various bits
of JavaScript included by default with most versions of DreamWeaver:
    function MM_preloadImages()
    function MM_swapImgRestore()
    function MM_findObj(n, d)
    function MM_swapImage()

See answer by "felgall."

Of course, Linda could be taking over for a previous DreamWeaver user,
and trying to continue with Composer -- not a good idea, as all the DW
templating advantages go away.

There are lots of little 'signature' bits that the wysiwyg editors use.

Thank you for the lesson. I looked at the source, but wasn't aware that section was a DreamWeaver signature.
