I'll grant you that Web 2.0 is resource-intensive
and it is often unnecessary to e.g. use JavaScript
but you need to give some clue what you're talking about..

For my Google stuff that needs a cookie,
I simply use a separate profile.

You *use* Google; you just go thru a proxy.

I'm crazy about Google's Cached pages.
You can't get those with going thru Google's site.
If they want my (dynamic) IP address, they can have it.
