Upgraded to 2.1RC2 a few days ago and everything worked just fine (working with Win7). Today tried to upgrade from RC2 to 2.1 final via Check for Updates. Update to 2.1 final was found and it started normally but then did not finish normally, all dialogs just got closed and there was no Mozilla processes in process list. I then started SeaMonkey again from the desktop shortcut and then the upgrade seemed to continue, UAC prompt and so on. Then when it was checking for compatibility with addons the upgrade process hangend, windows reported that the process is not responding. Had to kill the process manually at this point.
After this I downloaded full installation and tried install again. This time install went through normally but now SeaMonky does not start with my profile. Seamonkey window does not open, process is running but it does nothing. Same thing even in Safe Mode. With new profile it works fine. Obviously something in my profile got corrupted. How to troubleshoot and solve this? I do not have a recent backup of my profile so it would be nice to be able to solve this somehow.
