The release version has maxversion 2.1a3pre. Hacking it to 2.1.x should
fix it.

That's mine. If you read the Description, you will see how to tweak
existing extensions to be compatible with SM 2.1. Yes, it's a bother;
but I didn't want to wait for the extensions to be updated.
I set the maximum version values to 2.* .
