Yes.
I tried to bookmark http://denver.ebayclassifieds.com/ and it wouldn't add it to the bottom of the list like usual, so I searched and found it had already been done and was higher up in the list somewhere.
At the end of the location bar, there's now a bookmark indicator. If the current page has been bookmarked, it turns green. If you click it then, it shows you where the bookmark is (and offers a few more options). If the current page has not been bookmarked, it turns grey, and clicking it then will just bookmark the page silently (under Unsorted Bookmarks).
