Are they really the same, or is one using Panorama video and the other Snap?
Look in CONFIG.SYS for *SDD* entries that don't match if using Snap on both.

Do both in fact have identical font sets available? Do one or the other or both
look like using a different font family from other apps? Which if either more
closely matches UI fonts in other apps?

Are both profiles identical? Created anew? Migrated from an earlier version? Do
either or both profiles contain a chrome/userChrome.css file?

Is reported DPI on http://fm.no-ip.com/Auth/dpi-screen-window.html the same for
both, or one 96 and the other 120?
