After some poking around, I'll admit that I can't find this either - no way to see _which_ sites are prohibited from saving passwords, and no way to remove a prohibition, once set.
I tried searching Bugzilla for PM bugs, but there are so many there, I got a headache before I found one about this. Anyone? -JW
