It's part of "Permissions" in Data Manager now.
By the way, I'm still unable to use the passwords part of data manager.
I have passwords saved for a bunch of sites (including bugzilla), but
when I look at the Data Manager the "password" tabs are always greyed
out. If I select "passwords only", it lists *no* sites. I haven't
figured out the reason yet.
That happens using Tools > Password Manager > Manage stored passwords?
That takes me directly to the Passwords tab.
Also using the drop down list above the Domain list gives you several
options.
