Got interrupted here... well, one issue I do remember is that if you uninstall Seamonkey 1.1.x AFTER installing 2.0, it might take your application icons and such with you. Reinstalling 2.0 usually solves the problem. Alternately, you might want to uninstall Seamonkey 1.1.18 BEFORE installing 2.0.
