My unbuntu 8.04 on my old(ish) laptop computer has just upgraded the
Seamonkey to version 2.

It has changed the appearance of Seamonkey, to some silly looking
theme, that is listed as the "default theme".

It appears that software developers design software for their own
pleasure, and not for the users.

The "Classic" theme will not install.

The "Littlemonkey" theme has some silly looking phallic symbols to the
left of the toolbars.

Is is possible to get a traditional looking theme for Seamonkey 2.x,
so that we can have a decent appearance for Seamonkey, like the themes
from Seamonkey 1 or Netscape?

I've just ported both the SM1.x Modern Mozillium theme to SM2.2+. It is
are available on my server, https://www.projectit.com/ .

Additionally, I still plan to port the other SeaMonkey themes like (Race
Day and Venerable Modern) as time permits.

How about SkyPilot, I have been using it since the beginning of time, well maybe not that long. Just shortly after the move from CP/M to MS-DOS, whoops not that long because Al Goor had not invented the internet yet.

Seriously I would love to have SkyPilot back.

Hello Danny, as I explained to Micheal awhile back, Skypilot Classic will be the most difficult port since it skins just about every element in the suite that existed back in Netscape 6.1. Many of these elements have been culled over time in order to remove excess bloat which means that I will either need to add some of them back in or find another way around it to provide the visual effect. So, I'm choosing to do that theme last; otherwise, I might never get to the less-difficult themes and what I want to do is provide SeaMonkey 2.2 with an array of additional themes for people to use.
