I found this problem in Composer 2.2. I just updated to Composer 2.3 and the problem is still there. (I have the whole SeaMonkey Suite installed.)
On a right-click menu, there are two actions assigned to a single letter, so the second action doesn't work with the shortcut letter. To reproduce the problem: 1. Highlight a link. 2. Right click. 3. On the menu that pops up, "Paste without Formatting" and "Remove Links" both use the letter "n" as the shortcut key. So it doesn't work for "Remove Links", which I use often. The "n" used to do the "Remove Links" action. Maybe back in 2.1? I don't remember the last version that it worked in, but I know it doesn't work in 2.2 and 2.3.
