<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=664574>.  This won't quite
give you the old capability, but you will be able to see a list of all
domains together with their cookies and then a separate list of all
domains together with their permissions (including blocking cookies).

On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages
posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent
because of spam from that source.
