Again, bring up the list of root certificates in the Certificate Manager
window (via [Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Certificates]).
Select the certificate -- DigiNotar Root CA, not DigiNotar.  Select the
Edit Trust button.  All three checkboxes should be blank, which means
the certificate is not trusted and thus will not be used.
