Also, this alone won't protect you completely effectively in terms of a
lot of the fraudulent certificates, unless you have all the revocations
of cross-signing certificates updates through the correct CRLs, or
update to 2.3.2 or higher where we have blocked those cross-signed
intermediates with an effective patch.
