HTML is allowed but not recommended. Writing in all-caps is considered
shouting therefore not recommended, too. Using slang and abbreviations
which are likely not understood by non-native English readers is not
recommended, if you want your post/question reach wider audience.
Graphics and audio may not be blocked, but are strongly discouraged.
If needed to illustrate a problem, it is recommended that the graphics/
audio be posted to one of the special web sites and a link to the
material be posted here.
