it is unfortunately too late to fix for SeaMonkey 2.4 :(
I don't know what changed here, but loading that dialog gives the
following error, and it is responsible for the issues mentioned

It boils down to "\u22d" not "\u022d" :(
I can probably get an addon written that fixes this for you on 2.4 though.
